Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Â
- Fold in chocolate chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake: Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool and serve: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips
- For softer cookies take out of the oven sooner as they will still cook on the pan when cooling.
