Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
- 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ground beef: Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off excess grease.
- Add vegetables: Stir in chopped onion and cook until softened.
- Combine ingredients: Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, corn, and shredded cheese to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Layer in casserole dish: Spread half of the tater tots in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the meat and cheese mixture over the tater tots. Top with the remaining tater tots.
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
