Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

Instructions
- Heat oil: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Cook chicken: Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté vegetables: Add the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic: Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Combine ingredients: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Serve: Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
